Jeff
was a lawyer who loved video games. He tried out his local Chuck
E. Cheese to be one of the 24 contestants on the original STARCADE!
Pilot. Jeff was on the Blue Team, playing Centipede, which was at
the time a brand new Atari game. His score after 30 seconds
of play was 9.475, second only to the high scorer Randy Nomura,
ranking him #2 of 8 playing the game. Not bad for a lawyer.
Jeff
won a party for 10 at his local Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre.
During the taping, we hosted Jeff, along with all 24 contestants,
with accommodations in San Francisco at one of the city's best
hotels, sightseeing trips and the transportation costs to get
to the city.
Jeff
checked in, saying "I'm still practicing law (30 years) but
I now live in (another California city) ... and am happily married
to Kendra Hall."
Great
to hear from Jeff, one of the few Starcaders! who was a part of
our original vision for the show ... Thank you for helping us
make the magic come alive.
